A snow Sunday has a way of re-orienting us—slowing us down just enough to remember that our plans are not ultimate.

As the Lord says in Isaiah 55:8,

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts,

neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.”

Sometimes God uses an unexpected pause—even a snowstorm—to remind us that He is ordering our steps, even when the schedule changes.
