God’s Redemption At Christ’s Expense - 4 Day Devotional

Day 4: Five Types of Grace

Scripture: “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.” – Ephesians 2:8 NKJV

Reflection: Grace is multifaceted, flowing from the cross to meet every need. Let’s reflect on these five types:
1. Saving Grace: The grace that saves us from sin and brings us into God’s family.
2. Common Grace: God’s goodness seen in the everyday blessings of life, available to all.
3. Sanctifying Grace: The grace that transforms us to be more like Christ.
4. Prevenient Grace: The grace that draws us to God, even before we know Him.
5. Sustaining Grace: The grace that keeps us going in our weakest moments.

Which type of grace resonates most with your life right now? Thank God for His grace in
all its forms.

Prayer: Father, I am in awe of the many ways Your grace sustains me. Thank You for
saving, guiding, transforming, and carrying me. Help me live as a reflection of Your
grace. Amen.

Challenge: Choose one type of grace to focus on today. Write down how you’ve
experienced it and how you can reflect it to others.
